PUNTO D´ACQUA
Diana Legel’s abstract art requires the visitor to pay more attention and concentration, while at the same time leaving them greater freedom of interpretation and elaboration.

VITRUVIAN CIRCLE
Diana Legel draws. She draws with two hands, the educated, conditioned right hand and the less precise, less calculating left hand. Her drawings thrive on the contrast created by this technique, by different textures and fabrics, but also by the use of different materials – charcoal or pencil, which make the difference more obvious.

DER SCHATTENWURF DER NUSS
The artist throws a handful of hazelnuts onto a sheet of paper and traces the shapes cast by their shadows with a crayon, which slowly rotate on the surface as the hours pass. The action is repeated until a dense web of marks densifies on the sheet, declaring the drawing finished.

Kippmoment
Diana Legel’s subtle interventions influence the perception of space. She constructs corners and edges, fragile elements, into a joint-like composition in space.
